The Home Latte Art Workshop is designed to equip you with the theory, practical skills and confidence to make steam silky smooth microform for your favourite coffees at home!
Class Duration - 2hrs
This workshop is tailored to individual needs but generally speaking, we will cover the following:
- Milk Pitchers - Good & Bad
- Cups - Good & Bad
- Correct positioning for steaming milk
- How to aerate and integrate foam while steaming milk
- How to polish milk
- Discover the three latte art pillars and how we can use them to pour consistently
- Learn how to wrap, stack and ripple milk
- We will cover 3 basic shapes (Heart, Tulip and rosettas)
- How to analyse & grade latte art at a competition level
Not only that! But Afterwards you'll receive a full recap of what we covered alongside my fully comprehensive barista bible. I'll always be around to answer more questions afterwards as well!
Online versions of the class will take place over Zoom. I'll reach out after purchase to schedule a session and send across any preparation questions. Online sessions will require you to provide a video feed on your end so I can help guide you through the process and give feedback on your milk quality, texture, and latte art design. From my end, there will be a slideshow presentation which you can also keep afterwards.
I booked a latte art workshop with Adam as part of a celebratory weekend (my partner and I got engaged!) and it did not disappoint. Being coffee lovers, we were really interested in latte art but by no means are experienced coffee drinkers/baristas. Not only did Adam show us some really cool latte art designs, but he taught us how to create some. His wealth of knowledge in coffee was really impressive and he had such a fun but professional teaching style. We absolutely loved our time spent in the workshop and will 100% recommend Adam to our friends and family!
This was an excellent class , it was a very relaxed setting and Adam made everyone comfortable, did not matter what level of expertise. Adam packed a lot of knowledge in short amount of time but with vivid examples it was super engaging and not too overwhelming.
He is definitely super passionate when it comes to Latte Art which really comes across.
Thanks for the class, need to get more practice in but you defo boosted my confidence in my latter art and correcting small mistakes.
