This was our second session with Adam, as we wanted to take the team's barista skills up another notch. The training was really exceptional. Adam is an amazing trainer. He has so much knowledge and his enthusiasm for coffee is infectious. The team loved it - fun and inspiring. We can't wait for the next training session - we're going to make it an annual event.

I learned a lot during my 1:1 session with Adam. He is super informative, extremely knowledgeable on all things coffee and most importantly… very patient. I can’t wait to use the skills I’ve learned and to impress everyone with my latte art!

I got in touch with Adam through instagram after hitting a few problems with the dial in process. He gave me so much help just through messages, but after running into a few more issues I decided to book the class to gain more confidence. Adam answered all my questions and explained everything to me perfectly. I gained a deeper understanding of my machine, the dial in process and ways to be more consistent. With Adam's knowledge and chilled attitude, it was the perfect environment to learn in. To describe the experience in one photo:

I like nice coffee and have decent espresso making kit at home, but I was frustrated with my lack of consistency in pulling tasty espresso. I was also going through lots of (expensive) coffee beans trying to "dial in" the perfect grind and dose. I had considered attending group lessons but when I noticed Adam's classes "at home" I thought this would be an ideal opportunity to learn on my own equipment rather than on professional kit in a cafe. I'm really happy with the results - better, more consistent espresso (well trending towards that), less wastage of beans and an appreciation of subtle differences between coffee types, roasts and their flavours. We covered a little milk foaming and beginner steps in latte art, but that wasn't the primary focus of the session... I'll keep practising! Thanks Adam.

Adam thought me last week at my home and not only was it such an interesting time it was lots of fun too.
I would make lattes at home previously but not always with success and my latte art was more cloud watching, and the improvement this class has given me has been fantastic.
We covered troubleshooting the shots and puck prep, we fixed my steam wand placement, the amounts of coffee and milk I used and so much more that led to me one week later at home on my own pouring a tulip in my milk opposed to what used to be a mix of cloud watching and if I was lucky an onion (meant to be a heart).
Adam was a great teacher and I'd definitely recommend this workshop to anyone considering it!

Our team went to the Dear Green roastery to get barista training and Adam was incredible. We got a whole day of training on everything from how coffee is roasted to dialling in and latte art. He clearly really loves teaching. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. His teaching style is very fun and engaging. Everyone on the team really benefited from the training. He also came to the cafe a while later to do an audit and check up on how we’re doing. I would highly recommend him!

Adam provided staff training at soul food kitchen .The training was great very hands on full of knowledge and very friendly.

Adam’s explanation on the whole method of how to make coffee is as concise and easy to understand as it gets and I have personally always learned something regarding coffee every time I meet him can’t recommend enough

Coffee and Latte Art Training was a really positive experience with Adam! He was really thorough with his explanations and practical demonstrations, and super open to answer any and all questions we had. I felt like I wasn’t judged even though at the time my latte art was definitely subpar, but instead encouraged with enthusiasm. Truly had a blast and it definitely set me up with a steady foundation to work on my skills further. Now being able to do latte art without stress, very grateful for Adam for showing me the ropes early on 😎 Would highly recommend!

This was an excellent class , it was a very relaxed setting and Adam made everyone comfortable, did not matter what level of expertise. Adam packed a lot of knowledge in short amount of time but with vivid examples it was super engaging and not too overwhelming.
He is definitely super passionate when it comes to Latte Art which really comes across.

Thanks for the class, need to get more practice in but you defo boosted my confidence in my latter art and correcting small mistakes.
